Havas has expanded its North American customer experience (CX) capabilities by acquiring Enverta Digital, a Toronto-based CRM and digital transformation firm. This acquisition aligns with Havas’ global Converged strategy, reinforcing its commitment to tech-enabled, integrated CX solutions.

Founded in 2021, Enverta Digital has quickly built a strong reputation among global brands for its collaborative client engagement model. The company brings expertise in CRM technology strategy and implementation, working with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, and Braze. With delivery centers in Canada and Poland, Enverta offers scalable nearshore and offshore support for North American clients.

Havas identified Enverta as a strategic fit due to its operational scalability, cultural alignment, and collaborative approach. Now part of Havas CX Canada, Enverta enhances Havas’ ability to deliver innovative CX strategies, particularly for U.S.-based clients. Its recurring revenue model and offshore support bolster Havas’ growing CX footprint in the region.
