Ogilvy has appointed Clare Lawson as Global President of Ogilvy One, its customer engagement and experience unit. With over 20 years of experience in digital customer engagement, Lawson previously served as Global Chief Client Officer and head of EMEA for Ogilvy One.
In her new role, she will collaborate with CEO Kent Wertime and the global leadership team to enhance the agency's capabilities, strengthen client partnerships, and continue leading the EMEA team. Wertime praised her contributions, emphasizing her role in advancing Relationship Design and driving measurable, data-driven communications. Lawson aims to help brands maximize their technology investments through creativity and data-driven strategies, positioning Ogilvy One as a leader in customer engagement and experience.
