Kay Beauty, co-founded by Katrina Kaif and Nykaa, introduces Kreate with Kay Beauty, an initiative dedicated to empowering aspiring makeup artists. Committed to giving back to its Kommunity, the brand offers professional training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to talented individuals who lack access to resources. In collaboration with the Daniel Bauer Hair & Makeup Academy and Salaam Bombay Foundation, five artists were selected for a six-month intensive program, covering technical skills, industry insights, and portfolio building.
Kreate is part of Kay Beauty’s CSR efforts, following past initiatives like De’Haat Foundation employment programs and pandemic relief for daily wage earners. Through Kreate, the brand continues to uplift talent, ensuring equal opportunities for a sustainable future in beauty.
