Print ad space per publication surged 58% from 2020 and 1% over 2023, with Q4 seeing 9% growth over Q1.
The Automobile sector led with 15% share, followed by Services, while Top 10 sectors covered 84% of ad space. Cars (8%) and Two-Wheelers (6%) topped categories. Maruti Suzuki became the leading advertiser, with Samsung, TVS Motors, and Tata Motors entering the top 10.
Honda Activa H Smart was the most advertised brand. Two-wheelers grew 29%, Cars 13%, and E-commerce Wallets 2.6x. Jacket-Full Page ads dominated. Deepavali (28%) led festival ads, followed by Navratri (21%) and Christmas (15%).
Print remains strong with innovation, sectoral growth, and festive-driven ads.
