Business Head Social Media Marketing- EveryMedia Technologies

Experience - 7-10 years of Digital Marketing experience

  •  Develop strategies to improve Digital Marketing, awareness of brand, engagement, new customer acquisition (Cross-Sell/Up-Sell) and support client retention
  •  Maintain online platforms of company including Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, TweetDeck, and our own products
  •  Integrating sound business strategies for social media marketing along with our clients
  •  Proactively providing superior customer experience through relationship management
  •  Providing originative solutions to clients as well as campaigns
  •  Managing daily operations as a Team Leader
  •  Act as an escalation point for the accounts/campaigns running under him/her
  •  Explore new technologies to keep the company upfront in Digital Marketing
  •  Conduct research, prepare presentations, build databases and lead generation of companies
  •  Formulate, Design and execute online marketing media programs and campaigns
  •  Direct and indulge in a smooth process of work in a team and assignment deliveries.
  •  Following proper protocol and communication etiquettes while working (for ex: emails, deadlines on deliverables, follow-ups, timely responses to clients and colleagues, etc.)
