Job Responsibilities:

  •  Ideate and execute various email marketing campaigns including trigger-based campaigns.
  •  Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  •  Send sequence emails based on their actions
  •  Send emails at specific intervals based on customer behavior in the industry/ geographies.
  •  Discuss internally with BU heads or refer support documentation to resolve any query.
  •  Create / modify lead segregation guidelines to grade leads (existing & new) according to the responses/behavior as well as demographic, geographic characteristics, etc.
  •  Utilize Automation tools like Hubspot / Freshmarketer to keep the team in sync.
  •  Create event-specific/ cultural collateral whenever required (i.e. alerts regarding participation in events or festival mailers etc.)
  •  Other business and campaign-specific mailers/collateral
  •  Develop and maintain database, segregating sections as required Collaborate with agency/team members wherever necessary
  •  Update and monitor website ensuring optimized content for SEO friendly pages
  •  Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages / micro-site whenever necessary
  •  Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly SMM for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Mastodon, etc Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is positioned correctly in line with industry developments (WhatsApp Campaigns etc).
  •  Monitor initiatives / campaigns in place and tweak workflows whenever required.

 

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
  •  Additional certification in relevant courses from Google, Hubspot, etc.
  •  A minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital marketing or advertising industry.
  •  In-depth knowledge of various marketing automation platforms, social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  •  Understanding of Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  •  Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
