Marketing Manager - Vision Express

Experience - 8+ Years

Brand Communication
Consistent and timely implementation of campaigns
Liaise with Agencies to develop and implement Marketing Campaigns based on the business objectives
End to end Project Managing Campaign executions
Media Planning
Formulate efficient media plans in conjunction with Media agency to maximize the reach within defined budgets
Ensure consistency of brand image across every media vehicle
Manage Customer Experience across all touchpoints
Digital Marketing
Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategy
Content generation for social media
Lead performance marketing to drive store traffic
SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, other display campaigns
Ongoing ROI improvement in traffic & conversions
Measure & report the performance of all campaigns and assess ROIs
Oversee Influencer programs and other initiatives
Customer Relationship Management
Manage the overall CRM initiatives to drive the lifetime value of customers
Build incremental revenue-generating campaigns
Budgeting and Planning
Prepare the annual marketing budget and marketing calendar for the territory
Tracking and reporting of expenses
Market & Customer Intelligence
Market visits to assess implementation of marketing and source competitive intelligence
Periodic market research to study the customer profile/preferences and buying patterns

Requirements:

Excellent Marketing professional with relevant retail & consumer marketing experience
Ability to manage initiatives focused on driving store traffic
Ability to manage a team and work with different functions & external marketing agencies
Great team player
