Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Marketing Manager who will be responsible for finding innovative ways to reach our target audience - on various digital and social media platforms. He/She will anchor the marketing team at Jombay and drive it’s success.

 

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and be able to lead integrated digital marketing, event marketing and experiential marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns and events on time and on budget.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  •  To develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital, social and offline channels, as well as across multiple Jombay brands. Be able to manage, track and create reports from CRM.
  •  Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
  •  Work in conjunction with Sales and Customer team to create a brand experience for both existing customers and prospective clients.
  •  Spearhead account-based marketing to aid our rapidly growing B2B selling.
  •  To create, analyze and optimize the processes in order to enable faster deal closures.
  •  Follow the latest marketing trends and insights, and incorporate them in the strategy.
  •  Using paid and non-paid (organic) marketing campaigns, you should be able to formulate and execute social media strategy that actively addresses branding, networking, influencing, generating leads and selling to our target customers.
  •  Develop event strategies to leave a lasting, brand-focused impression of Jombay by providing our target audience with an experience that will resonate in their minds.
  •  Manage and execute event marketing plans with strict deadlines across multiple brands under the Jombay umbrella.
  •  Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

 

 

Key Expectations: 

 

  •  Experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and/or PR campaigns. 
  •  Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies (MarTech like Hubspot, Leadsquared, etc. and CRMs like Pipedrive, Salesforce etc.)
  •  Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital & offline campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  •  Has surgical attention to detail (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
